PACKAGING AND PRODUCTS

Are the products frozen? 

In order to offer you the freshest products and more flexibility, all our grilled meats are freshly frozen and vacuum-packed. 

What happens if one of the items in my box is not vacuum-packed? 

Please note that all items are freshly frozen and vacuum-packed. When the products thaw, it’s normal that they lose a little of their vacuum-packed properties. However, if one of your items is not vacuum-packed when you receive your box, please contact us with supporting evidence.

Are your grilled meats packaged individually or in packs? 

Most of our grilled meats are packaged in packs of two or four. This means you don’t need to thaw everything at the same time. You can simply thaw the items you want.

Are there sales taxes to pay on the baskets?  

No, the baskets are not subject to any taxes. The price indicated on our website is the price to be paid.

What are the delivery days? 

  • Sunday: for orders placed Wednesday to Sunday 
  • Thursday: for orders placed Friday to Sunday 

What happens if nobody is home when you deliver? 

All our boxes are delivered on the day requested by the customer. However, our delivery boxes are made of insulating materials and contain dry ice to ensure your products remain frozen until 6 p.m. on the day of delivery. If your food should thaw out before 6:00 p.m. on the day of delivery, please contact us immediately with proof (date and time of photo taken).

What happens if one or more items is missing from my order? 

Contact us upon receiving the box, and we will take all the necessary measures to resolve the situation. 

What are the pickup days? 

  • Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.: for orders placed Thursday to Monday 
  • Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.:  for orders placed Saturday to Wednesday 

What is the pickup procedure at the restaurant? 

We offer curbside pickup. Simply call the restaurant to let us know you’ve arrived, and we’ll take care of the rest!  

Can I return my order? 

Unfortunately, no. Since all our products are perishable, orders cannot be returned.
